To-Do App Concept

Story

To practice UI design, I developed a concept for a to-do app that allows users to manage appointments, notes, and days off. A key focus for me was the stylistic use of shadows and creating custom icons. Implementing different states for various elements was also a priority.

Learnings

Through this app, I learned how to effectively use background accents to add depth and break up the background. Additionally, shading certain elements can create depth in the UI, enhancing the overall visual experience. For usability, aligning screens towards the lower part of the screen ensures that all actions are easily accessible with the thumb, improving the overall user experience.
